A Jacksonville Florida family is now under investigation after cell phone video went viral of parents putting their children in the trunk. In the video you can see the mother putting her kids in the trunk and closing the trunk door. Child and Family Protective Service in Florida used technology to enhance the video and grab the license plate number from the vehicle. The family is now wanted for child endangerment.
