I've been on the Carnivore Diet for the past 90 days but I think I could easily break some rules for this. The Carnivore diet is a zero carb/zero sugar diet and focuses on beef, fish, poultry, and eggs. That's the only thing you can eat. For the past 30 days, I've literally had steak 3 times every single day. It's not for everyone but it worked great for me. Hell, I lost 15 pounds without even working out.
