The heart broken Keyshia Cole sings her break up away in her new song, 'Next Time.'  It seems like art is imitating life in this relationship gone bad ballad from the wife of Daniel Gibson.  Take a listen below.

Keyshia and her husband, Daniel, have been in the public eye about their rocky marriage.  No official word on if they're going to call it quits but everyone is watching closely. TMZ broke the news that they're separated.

In a exclusive interview with Fuse.tv, she detailed the meaning of the song.

"It's about being in a relationship, experiencing the downs of the relationship and not wanting to go there again, of course" she explains. "[It's also about] giving your heart away and allowing somebody to be able to be that close to you where they can hurt you."

In the beginning of the song the 32 year old singer slowly sings,

The fighting, the arguing, the cussing all loud. Sometimes I  think you do it.  so you can just walk out.  You say plenty things you really don't mean. Do you really mean it? Cause it hurts.

The new song from Keyshia 'Next Time' will be on her sixth album releasing in August.  No official word on the title of the album but I think she's back to her sad song days which is good.  Take a listen below to 'Next Time' and let us know if you're feeling it or not.
