High School Student Told He Can’t Rap Graduation Speech [Video]

Why are High School's so weird these days?? First you can't dance too close to your date and now a High School in Las Vegas is telling one Senior that he can't rap his graduation speech, even though it has nothing offensive or vulgar. Is this really that big of a deal in Vegas where local new station KTNV ABC 13 runs it as there TOP STORY!!
