Exploring Michigan’s 10 Best Places To Live In 2025
What makes a Michigan town or city a great place to live?
Your answer to that question might differ from mine. You may enjoy the quiet vibe of a small town, while I prefer a city with entertainment options and unique restaurants.
What about parks or recreational activities? Do they matter to you?
Whatever your opinion is on what makes a city great, you’ll find it among the 10 best places to live in Michigan, and who knows, maybe the place you already call home made the list.
Cities on the list of best places to live in Michigan include the following counties,
- Ingham County
- Oakland County
- Kent County
Surprisingly, one county that didn’t make the cut is Genesee County. Maybe I’m biased, I live in Fenton and think it’s a great place to live.
Fenton is home to some of the best restaurants, including Leroy's Lounge, RailYard Fenton, The Corner Bar, and Fenton Winery and Brewery.
Not to mention Silver Lake Park and Linden County Park (Clover Beach).
Like I said, opinions may differ. Without further ado, here are the 10 best places to live in Michigan in 2025 according to Niche.
