Sweetwater Bar and Grill permanently closed its doors in October of this year. The announcement was made via social media. The post (which has since been taken down on Facebook, but you can see below) mentioned that it was tough to find employees. That did not add up for the employees that suddenly lost their jobs.

Nonetheless, Sweetwater Bar and Grill is closed. The big question now is, what will open in its place? According to one community Facebook thread, a hookah bar and massage parlor may open there. Say what? My first thought is how will a hookah bar (and a massage parlor) make it there if a bar could not?

I know not everyone drinks alcohol, but on the same token, not everyone smokes hookahs either. Speculation about the hookah bar and massage parlor was posted on the Grand Blanc Residents Uncensored Facebook page.

Am I the only one who fell for this right away? I really did believe that the first response about the hookah lounge/massage parlor was for real. You had me for a minute Facebook. All kidding aside, it would be nice to see a new business open in this particular location, just not a hookah bar (in my opinion).

Consider this additional proof that you cannot believe everything you read on the internet. That being said, I would like to talk to you about an extended vehicle warranty if you have an hour to spare.
