Former Michigan Woman On FBI Most Wanted List For Fraud, Posing as Heiress
A Michigan-born woman is on the FBI’s Most Wanted List for bank fraud and aggravated identity theft.
Mary Carole McDonnell, 73, is accused of illegally securing millions of dollars from multiple banks in California. According to WILX, she posed as an heiress of the McDonnell Aircraft family, claiming to have an $80 million secret trust.

It may sound confusing, but the financial institutions apparently were not concerned, providing McDonnell with a total of $30 million.
