Over the past few days, people have been posting online asking what happened after noticing Moy Kong has been closed. Some say the phone is disconnected, while others say the building looks shut down when they drive by.

You hate to jump to conclusions, but it definitely feels like all signs are pointing to a closure.
One person did mention on social media that the owners usually take about a month off for vacation this time of year. If that’s the case, it still seems like kind of an odd business move if you ask me.
Moy Kong Express Website Says Restaurant Is “Taking a Break”
The Moy Kong Express website currently has a message saying the restaurant is “taking a break from serving customers until further notice.”
So technically, there hasn’t been any official announcement saying the restaurant is permanently closed, but it's not looking good.
When a place suddenly goes quiet like this, people start wondering what’s going on, especially if it’s been your go-to spot for lunch or dinner.
Moy Kong Express Has Been a Flint Favorite for Years
For a lot of people around Flint, Moy Kong has been one of those reliable spots for Chinese takeout for years. Places like that tend to become part of the local routine.
