A recent Facebook post revealed the opening date for downtown Fenton's latest dining option, The One Eleven, at 111 South Leroy Street.

The space, once home to XOLO Mexican Restaurant, is being transformed into a vibrant dining destination - inspired by global flavors and deeply rooted in local culture.

As I reported in March 2025, the team behind Redwood Steakhouse is also the force behind The One Eleven.

Since the announcement, the team has been working hard to bring The One Eleven to life.

Our team has poured heart and soul into creating a space that brings globally inspired food, unforgettable drinks, and a vibrant atmosphere all under one roof.

The wait is nearly over—The One Eleven will officially open its doors on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. Excitement is already building for Genesee County’s newest culinary destination.
