You go into Walmart for a couple of things and somehow leave with a cart full of stuff. Apparently, some people skip the part where you actually pay for it.

When you think about shoplifting, electronics probably come to mind first. But the list gets a whole lot more ordinary than that.

FinanceBuzz put together a list of 16 items people commonly steal from Walmart. Look, this isn’t an official Walmart list, but it’s a pretty wild mix of stuff they say is often stolen.

Some are probably what you’d expect. Others sound more like your regular grocery list. And a few? I don’t even understand how thieves manage to get them out the door.

I’m not saying anybody should steal any of it, obviously. But looking through this list, there are a few things that make me think, seriously, nobody noticed somebody walking out with that?

That’s what caught my attention. You picture somebody stealing something expensive, then realize even the stuff sitting in your bathroom or laundry room makes the list.

Maybe some of this stuff is just too pricey, maybe times are tough, or maybe people just don’t want to pay for it.
