Jason Derulo Fractures Neck While Rehearsing for Tour

Jason Derulo is sporting a new accessory around his neck after taking a fall while rehearsing the choreography for his forthcoming tour Wednesday afternoon, Jan. 4. Derulo took to his social networking sites where he posted a picture of himself laid up with a neck brace, but at least looking to be in good spirits about the injury.

“I fractured my neck doing tumbling & acrobatics 4 tour!” the 22-year-old R&B superstar wrote to his fans. “Always tryin 2 push boundaries 4 YOU! Like my new chain?”

There has been no word from Derulo’s camp as to how serious the neck injury is or whether or not it will effect the upcoming U.K. and European tour that will launch on Feb. 23 in Glasgow and wrap on March 26 in Helsinki, Finland. Following that run, Derulo will then head to Australia for his tour there throughout the month of April.
