Justin Bieber decided to give Lil Wayne a birthday present last week in the form of song.

He hit Weezy on Twitter letting him know that he remixed 'How To Love' for his 29th birthday.

I know that gifts made are supposed to be better than gifts bought, but come on!  Bieber makes more money than Oprah!  At least he could have texted him a naked picture of Selena Gomez or something.

Oh well, Bieber's gift is from the heart, and will send his eleventy-billion Twitter followers into a frenzy.
