Kelly Osbourne sports a $250,000 manicure for the Emmys and is getting slammed for it ,but i think shes taking a page from 2 chainz book,"its mine i spend it!"

Osbourne was the person who brought attention to the manicure, posting an Instagram photo and writing, "About to get a $250k manicure w nail polish made w blk diamonds" before she reported for E! on the Emmy red carpet. "I have a big mouth & i know it! I just don't like knowing that I have unintentionally offended anyone! If its intentional I don't give a S***," she wrote."I see that my nail polish has offended some of you, however I see your point, but it was a once in a lifetime experience. #MyApologizes," she tweeted. "And please forgive me for not regretting it. It made me feel like a queen!"
