Lucky Massachusetts Man Pulled Over for Speeding While Turning in Winning Lottery Ticket

A lucky massachusetts man was pulled over for speeding while turning in his winning lottery ticket.  The lottery winner escaped a speeding ticket for having the winning ticket.

Scott Lowe, 22 years old, won $50k on a scratch off and was driving extremely fast to cash in his winnings.  A police officer had pulled him over.  The 22 year old showed the officer the winning ticket as his excuse for driving at excessive speeds.

Lowe was issued a verbal warning and was sent on his way.

WCVB-TV reports the young man was shaking during the entire traffic stop.

Congrats to Scott Lowe.  You'll never been that lucky again.
