What are the details?

Moments before the arrest, Jones and a female passenger in his vehicle were found without pants and a gun was found in the cupholder of his vehicle. He was brought up on obstruction and weapons charges, resisting arrest, and then using his power to try to influence arresting officers.

Jones allegedly crashed his Tahoe into a tree and was displaying signs of intoxication at the scene.

NBC reports that Jewell allegedly warned troopers that their actions were "not going to be good for you," according to a state police report. "I run y'all budget, bro."

The report goes on to say that Jones mouthed off again when he thought arresting officers might hit him.

"If you strike me, it's going to be bad for you" and "I'll call Governor Whitmer right now," the incident report said.

Jones' blood alcohol level was checked and determined to be .17, over twice the legal limit in Michigan.

During the arrest, he was shocked with a Taser twice and hit with pepper spray.

Jones faces a long list of charges:

According to Fox 2, those charges include four counts of resisting and obstructing a police officer, operating a vehicle with a high blood alcohol content and operating while intoxicated, reckless driving, and possession of a weapon while under the influence of alcohol.
