Michigan Teenager Faces Life In Prison For Raping Man At Knifepoint

Lestina Marie Smith of Saginaw was arraigned on Tuesday and will face life in prison after pulling a knife on a man and forcing him to engage in sexual intercourse.

A 17-year-old Michigan girl will face two felony counts after forcing a 19-year-old man to have oral and vaginal sex with her.

17-year-old Lestina Marie Smith was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and could face life in prison.

According to US law, media and the public and use her mugshot and name, but the victim will not be named or pictured due to the nature of the sexual crime.

No further details are being released at this point and Smith is being held at the Saginaw County jail without bond. Smith is due to appear in court on February 3rd.
