The Notorious B.I.G.’s childhood Brooklyn home is currently available to rent, and it doesn't look anything like the place Big describes on his classic 1994 song “Juicy.”

According to an article The New York Post article published on Thursday (June 20), the residence, located at 226 Saint James Place in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, N.Y. is available for rent for $4,000 a month.

On the real estate website Compass.com, the 972-square-foot home, a spot that once housed one of the greatest rappers of all time is listed as being refurbished with new hardwood floors, high ceilings, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The building does have a laundry room, bike storage, a common garden with greenery and a barbecue area. No pets are allowed.

“It’s a beautiful home and a fantastic neighborhood, filled with little shops and great transportation,” Compass broker Fabienne Lecole told The Post. “The apartment is iconic... a historical gem.”

This development arises weeks after Biggie's childhood street was renamed to Christopher 'Notorious B.I.G.' Wallace Way. The city honored the late rapper earlier this month with a special ceremony. Thousands attended the event including Biggie's mom and his oldest daughter, T'Yanna, and son, Christopher Wallace Jr.

As for Biggie's home, the owner initially bought the property for $825,000 in 2013 and after renovating it, he is now renting it out.
