Snoop Dogg has been added to the new EA Sports hockey video game NHL 20.

A new update has been added to the game, which features Uncle Snoop as a playable character. The legendary rapper's voice is also used for game commentary. Snoop revealed the collaboration on Friday (Dec. 6) via Twitter.

"Ice hockey really be lit now with me in the booth!!" he captioned a trailer announcing the new update. The clip shows snippets from the gameplay, as well as Snoop in the studio doing voice overs that appear on the game. At one point, a video game version of the rapper is seen donning hockey gear and dancing while on an outside rink.

This is not Snoop's first foray into hockey. Last season, during the NHL Playoffs, Snoop taught Hockey Slang 101.

"An apple is an assist. A biscuit is the puck. All these food words and I'm getting hungry," Snoop proclaimed in the video segment. "A clapper is a slap shot. Not the thing you use to turn the lights on and off. In hockey flow has nothing to do with rhyming. It's about wild hair."

The season prior, he hosted the skills challenge event during NHL All-Star Weekend.

This also isn't Snoop's first rodeo with video games. In 2013, he had his own "rhythm-action, beat-maching combat" game. He has also been featured on video game franchises like Call of Duty: Ghost, True Crime: Streets of L.A., Def Jam: Fight for NY, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and more.
