T.I. will be released from his ATL halfway house Thursday and will celebrate like a King.  On Onctober 2nd, T.I. will have a homecoming brunch with family and friends that cost $100k.  Out of that $100k, $28k will be spent on food and desert for everybody.  Looks as if P. Diddy will be sending 150 bottles of Ciroc.  Each VIP guest will get tailored made AKOO clothing as they show up.  WOW, T.I. isn't playing around.  Camera's from VH1 will be in the building taping "T.I. Family Hustle," a new reality show for TIP.  Expect T.I. to drop his book Power and Beauty on October 18th, 2011.

T.I. is re-writing the book when it comes to welcome home parties -- because the recently-released rapper isn't throwing himself a nightclub bash ... he's having a brunch in Atlanta!

But don't expect tea and crumpets -- we're told good pal Diddy is personally shipping in 150 bottles of Ciroc, one for each person in attendance. We're told the whole bash will cost around $100K, with $20K just on food and additional $8K on dessert.

The big surprise of the night -- reps from AKOO Clothing, T.I.'s clothing line, will measure the VIP guests for custom-made clothing gifts.

It's set to go down on October 2, two days after T.I. gets released from the halfway house.
