bet awards 2012 show

The 2012 BET Hip-Hop Awards were tapped on Sept. 29, but the show debuted tonight (Oct. 9), and with a bang! Wiz Khalifa hit the stage performing his summer anthem 'Work Hard Play Hard' before a slew of winners were announced.

The BET Awards 2012 Show was probably the best award show I have seen in a long time.  BET knows how to put together a show that speaks to the urban community.  Other award shows have urban artist perform and win awards but not like BET.

The 2012 BET Awards were quite the star-studded, with performers like Beyonce, Jay-Z, Kanye West, Usher, Nicki Minaj and many more filling the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. Photographers captured some of hip-hop and R&B’s hottest artists mingling in the audience, hanging out backstage, or performing for viewers all over the nation at the 2012 BET Awards.
