In these best dressed pictures from the 2012 Billboard Music Awards, we highlight the night’s most chic stars. While there were certain stars who fell flat with their wardrobe choices, there were a crop of standout artists that really dressed to impress, like Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Wiz Khalifa, Alicia Keys and the Wanted.

Rihanna and Britney Spears preform S&M Remix live at the Billboard Awards. I for one thought this performance was really really awkward. Rihanna does a terrible job with hitting her notes properly and Britney Spears does so much lip-syncing I though I was watching a  Milli Vanilli video.  Now this isn't the first time these ladies have gave really weird performances.
