ABC 12 is reporting the large digital display signs in front of Deja Vu and The Gold Club, on Dort Highway in Flint, aren't going anywhere. But a new executive order signed on May 14 by Emergency Manager, Mike Brown, will stop any more from going up, at least until about Thanksgiving. It's believed the order was written in response to the signs in front of Deja Vu and The Gold Club.
