Flint Farmers Market

A Flint woman caused quite a scene in downtown Flint today as she interrupted an event at the Farmers Market to scream about the Flint water problems.

The Flint Farmers' Market has been named as one of six Great Public Spaces by the American Planning Association on their annual Great Places in America list.

The Flint Farmers Market is very close to winning some great recognition from the American Farmland Trust, but they need your help.

Starting June 1st, Food Stamps will be worth double their normal amount at many Michigan Farmers Markets, including the Flint Farmers Market in downtown.

The Flint Farmers Market celebrated their grand opening inside their new downtown Flint location, and thousands of people came out to support.

The new Flint Farmers' Market is expected to open downtown in May.  Due to some construction and weather setbacks, we should be able to shop in the new location for the farmers' market really soon.  Are you excited for the new move?

The Flint Farmers Market is one of the most popular spots in Flint, but their planned move into the old Flint Journal building has not been very popular.  Over the weekend some new details were released about the pending move to Downtown Flint.
