I know it is cliche to say, but imitation is the best form of flattery and you see it every day, especially in music and entertainment. Some say it's lazy, biting, and trying to re-create an old thing. In some cases that is very true, but in other cases the artist just wants to pay homage and acknowledge his or her idol.

Much like Hip Hop R & B is different now than it is was lets say 20 years ago. Not saying that is a bad thing, but it is certainly different. Anthony Hamilton has always brought that old school vibe and soulful voice on his records, that is what he is known for, that is his niche.

I've watched this at least 20 times in a row and I can't stop laughing. Whoever made this parody is a genius.

Drakes latest sing 'Hotline Bling' is probably one of the hottest songs out right now, and I know it is one of the biggest song here at Club 93.7. There is no denying the popularity of Drake and it is safe to say he will be here for awhile, but hopefully he will not destroy another favorite rapper of mine.
