Michigan State University student Shyanne Riekena claims was injured in 2012 at a Tyga concert in Grand Rapids after a light stand fell on her head.

People are already scared to go under the knife but this takes things to another level.  An Alabama man sues the hospital for wrong amputation when he was expecting a circumcision.

Just like I told you singer Miguel most likely will have to go to court for that lackluster leap he attempted at the Billboard Awards.

It is still so sad to see things like this still going on in 2013.
