This is a heartbreaking story about one women’s last chance attempt for compassion. Darlene Gant is a 46-year-old women suffering from stage-four breast cancer, and she doesn’t have long to live. Now her biggest concern is that she will not be alive to spend another Mother’s Day with her 11-year-old son, even though there is a trial drug in the works that could help prolong her life.

Mothers Day is when we all get a chance to say thank you to our moms for all of the things that she has done for us during the other 364 days of the year. This video does a great job of catching the spirit of that.

Mothers Day is just around the corner, so that means that sons and daughters everywhere are scrambling to buy for their moms. If money spent on a gift equaled love, then there would be a very clear answer as to who loved moms more.  Two separate surveys show that sons are much bigger spenders on Mothers Day.

Patricia Krentcil is accused of taking her six year old daughter into a tanning bed, resulting in a burn.  She is also accused of being a leather handbag, mostly by me, but she denies both charges. This Proctor & Gamble commercial honors everything that moms do to help their children succeed, by showcasing athletes for the upcoming 2012 Olympics. Being a mom is not an easy job, but this commercial definitely makes you want to thank her, even if you'll never compete for a gold medal.

A mother in Indiana was arrested for beating her child with a extension cord until he ran out the house to a next door neighbor. Why? Because he was sagging his pants at school. She has since been  released  but received a Class D felony. Damn really? If that's the case my mom should be on FBI's most wanted list. Do you think the mother went to far?

Parents do things every day, all around the world to embarrass their kids. Sometimes they do things on purpose, but most of the time it is something done out of love that went wrong. I have no idea what this mom was thinking.  At no point do your kids ever want you to hip roll to the song on your 'Walkman". The ending is the part that you can't unsee, no matter how hard you try.

The Club937 Mom-N-Me Easter Egg Hunt happen Thursday out at Lasco Ford in Fenton. We had a great time out at Lasco Ford this Thursday! We had a great crowd, and the kids had a blast!
