After weeks of hard work, a woman from Michigan was named the winner of the Eighth Annual Cheap Chic Weddings Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest. She won a check for $2,012. There were over 700 entries this year where people were required to construct their wedding dresses out of nothing more than Charmin toilet paper, tape, glue and/or needle and thread.
