The Detroit Red Wings Denounce White Supremacist Group Using Similar Logo In Charlottesville

The Detroit Red Wings were brought into the White Supremacist rally over the weekend in Charlottesville, VA but they quickly denounced the group.

The idiots using the logo are from Michigan, and traveled to Charlottesville to spread their racist message.  Luckily someone from the Red Wings organization saw the signs while watching coverage of the problems in VA, and the Wings issued a statement shortly after.

The logo is very similar, but not exact as the tweet below shows.

The protests or march or just outright display of fu#%ery in Charlottesville is disgusting.

It's hard to imagine a world where this kind of hate is becoming somewhat normal.  Listening to someone try to justify why something like this is ok, is unbearable.

Even though the weekend events are over for now, there are still so many questions and problems that need to be solved.  Hopefully this display of ignorance is rock bottom, and we can figure out a way to move back upward.
