The Game Ordered to Pay $7 Million in Sexual Assault Case from ‘She Got Game’ Contestant
It looks like The Game will have to dig deep into his pockets and pay his sexual assault accuser. The Compton rhymer lost in an ongoing lawsuit by Priscilla Rainey.
The case went to trial on Nov. 14 and after four days of deliberations, the jury reached a verdict in favor of Rainey. According to TMZ, Game was ordered by the judge to pay $7.13 million to the victim.
In her suit, Rainey claims that the rapper sexually assaulted her while she was a contestant on the VH1 reality show She Got Game. The 30-year-old model alleges that Game rubbed her “bare vagina and buttocks” on multiple occasions on the show.
During the case, the judge denied Rainey access to Game's financial records to find out his net worth. Either way, the 1992 creator will have to pull out his checkbook and pay Rainey.
Attorneys for The Game had no comment on the matter, however, they do plan to appeal the judgment. So this case may not be over just yet.
