The Search For Missing Flint Mom, Tanisha Colton, Comes To A Tragic End

The two week search for a Flint mother of three, Tanisha Colton, came to a tragic ending this morning as Michigan State Police report she was found dead.

Police say that her body was found in a ditch in Monroe County, just south of Detroit.  Police are saying that it does not appear that her death was natural, and they do have a person of interest who is already in jail on an unrelated charges. Police are not saying if that suspect is her boyfriend who is also in jail on an unrelated charge.

The search for Colton started almost two weeks ago when she was last seen getting picked up from work by her boyfriend.

This is a terrible ending to a story that has been watched closely online by our community.  Club 93.7 would like to send our deepest condolences to the family and we will be organizing a charity drive to help the children Tanisha left behind.
