‘The X Factor’ Takes You Backstage With The Judges [Video]

The 'X Factor' released another promo that teases the mean side of both Britney Spears and Simon.

They also have released an interview from behind the scenes at the Greensboro auditions.

Britney Spears shooting down a vocalist: "I don't know who let you on stage."

And Simon Cowell is back in rare form, telling one contestant "You perform like a dog trying to lay an egg." (not even sure what that means)

In the rest of the sneak peak, Britney tells a singer that he's "hot," while Simon embarrasses fellow judge Demi Lovato by revealing her dating status as "single."

"The X-Factor" debuts at 8 p.m. Sept. 12 and 13 on Fox.

There's also a backstage interview with the judges that sheds some light about a contestant that was so awful, they had to leave the set.
