Trinidad James made a strange decision to release a music video for a three-year-old song. The visual for "Hipster Strip Club" is just as bizarre as that choice. Good luck to anyone trying to make sense of what's going on in this one, which is something you have to see for yourself.

The odd calls that surround this video are not exactly shocking since it is from the mind of Trinidad James. The Atlanta rapper marches to the beat of his own drum.

“I don’t follow any trends or what everybody’s doing,” he recently told The Boombox. “I’m the person who leads the way. I came in the game leading the way as being somebody who understands his craft and understands his individuality. This is just me continuing on my path, being that  person to show the children who don’t want to be the next this, that or the other, who want to be different in their own way. People call them weird – it’s not weird, it’s just you you don’t have to be somebody else to be successful. You an be whoever you are and be successful and make real paper.”

While releasing a video for an old song might make it seem like Trinidad James isn't moving forward, that is not the case. The rapper is prepping a new EP, which is scheduled to drop in early 2017. Fans got their first taste of James' new direction with his single "Just a Lil Thick" featuring Lil Dicky and Mystikal.
