Woman Does Donuts In Busy Intersection, Crashes Into 2 Cop Cars [Video]

Here's a great example why drugs are bad. This is also a great example why everyone should be mentally evaluated before receiving a drivers license.

This woman not only spent more than 4 minutes spinning around a busy intersection, but also crashed head on into TWO police cars before rolling her car down the hill. Although I disagree with the camera phone operator screaming to "Shoot her!!!!", she could of easily killed someone while driving around like a maniac. I don't know what the solution is to incidents like this, but I have to give these police officers credit for not unloading their clips on this woman.
