Parents and kids are cringing that Halloween falls on a Tuesday this year, but that may mean that your area is having trick or treating a little earlier than normal.

Since kids have school the next morning, some cities are moving the times up so they aren't up too late on a school night. Now if we can just have the weather cooperate for once!
