Airlines made a record $22.6 billion from fees for bags and other products and services last year.

You should go back and read that again and think about it.

In a time where we are getting charged for pretty much everything except for breathing on a plane (don't get any ideas!) it should be no surprise that the airlines are making some major money off of us.

The $22 Billion is a 66% increase from the revenue reported by the world's airlines two years ago.

The worst part is that airlines in the US made the most with United, Delta and American finishing in the top three.
