Chance the Rapper debuted "Blessings" on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. His new project Chance 3 drops May 13. Watch him perform the song above.

The song also features Chicago vocalist Jamila Woods and gospel singer Byron Cage. It's got an "Ultralight Beam" feel to it in a very positive way, as if Chance actually did the whole choir thing better than Kanye did. Or maybe we're just overreacting.

Fans have been patiently waiting for a new solo project from Chance since 2013's Acid Rap. Since then he's been involved in projects like The Social Experiment's Surf and has dropped plenty of new singles, including "Angels" with Saba and "Paradise" with R. Kelly and Jeremih.

Then just last week, he let slip on Twitter that the "next few weeks will be the most fan-driven, involved roll out in history." He deleted it the tweet soon after, but he also put up posters for sale on his website with the album cover. Soon videos of billboards started showing up on social media as cities started getting plastered with the Chance 3 cover art.
