Chris Brown Stole Her Phone And She’s Telling The Police [Video]

This is the woman who claims that Chris Brown stole her cell phone in Miami, and if it's true, it could land Breezy in prison for up to four years.

TMZ caught Christal Spann and two of her friends telling the police about the incident.

One of Spann's friends told police Chris Brown told her: "Bitch, you not gonna put this up on no website."

Spann was trying to take a picture of Chris in Miami when he ripped her phone out of her hand and drove away.  He's being investigated  for the crime of "robbery by sudden snatching."

If he's arrested, authorities in Los Angeles could charge him with violating his probation in the Rihanna beating case, and that could land him in prison for 4 years.
