Flint’s Jon Connor has been teasing his new 2013 album ‘Unconscious State’ for a while now, and recently started leaking tracks from the project.  The latest leak features Talib Kweli and is titled ‘Rise Up’.

The first release from the upcoming album was Pure Michigan as Connor hooked up with Royce Da 5’9 on a track called ‘Michigan Sh*t’.
