Officials in Flint and Genesee County have declared a state of emergency due to the Flint water crisis, and now Governor Snyder will have to decide what to do.

The entire water crisis has been a comedy of errors by the state, along with local officials that has put thousands of Flint residents in serious danger.

The emergency declaration hopes to secure nearly $45 Million in federal dollars to help correct the problem.  Additionally, the declaration requests another $2 million to reimburse the city for the cost to switch back to Detroit and $6 million for healthcare initiatives for those poisoned by lead in the water.

Numerous people have already been blamed for the problem, with some of them losing their jobs.

Is it time that the state will finally step in and actually fix the problem that was caused while they were in control of Flint?

The video below was something we made as a joke, but as more truths come out, it seems like it may have actually been a possibility.
