Grosse Point Police Officer Suspended After Racially Harassing A Black Man [Video]

A Spokesperson for the Grosse Point PD has confirmed that an officer has been placed on leave after a video surfaced of him racially harassing a black man.

The officer was unnamed, but WNEM reports that the investigation is nearly complete, and a final resolution should be named soon.

The video starts with the officer telling the man to sing his song, something about drinking.  The audio is hard to make out, and becomes difficult to tell what is being said from that point on.

Whatever is being said, the department found enough evidence to suspend the officer and start an investigation.  Can you tell what the officer is saying in the video?
