An SUV driver who bumped into a Chicago cab tries to make a smooth getaway, only to hit everything in his path.

Getting into a car accident has to be one of the worse experiences in someones life, this is me assuming because I have never been involved in one. When this driver hit a cab on a rainy day all they had to do is get out, file a report and apologize. But no, he tries to flee and the situation which started small then grows to something much bigger.
