Iggy Azalea's summer hit 'Fancy' has been met with mixed criticism from the hip-hop community. But she's got people like Questlove in her corner despite the opinion. And it's a fact that the single raised the rapper's profile, enough to earn her a role in an upcoming blockbuster.

In an interview with France's Skyrock FM, actor Vin Diesel revealed that Azalea will have a part in action flick 'Fast & Furious 7.' The sit-down was supposed to be for his new film  'Guardians of the Galaxy,' which hits theaters on Friday, but the conversation slid to the Australia rhymer when the actor was asked which song he likes dancing to (remember his Beyonce moment?). He picked the ever-infectious 'Fancy.'

“Well, Iggy Azalea, I just worked with her two weeks ago,” Diesel says. “I guess you’ll be the first person that knows this: We casted her in 'Fast & Furious 7.' She has a cameo in 'Fast & Furious 7.'”

The news of her cameo follows the recent announcement that 'The New Classic' creator will host the new season of MTV's 'House of Style.'

Azalea wouldn't be the first musical artist to make a cameo in the film franchise. Ludacris has been in three of the moves: '2 Fast 2 Furious,' 'Fast Five' and 'Fast & Furious 6.' He'll also be in No. 7. Rita Ora had a minor role as a model in 'Fast & Furious 6.' Ora is featured on Azalea's most recent single, 'Black Widow.'
