I literally lost it when he looked at the camera in-between honking the horn.

Dogs are cute, cuddly, and a man's best friend. They're also destructive, whiny, and even in this case impatient. This pup had no problem laying on the horn while waiting for its owner, and really do you blame him? The best part is his buddy in the back trying to ignore the fact that Mr. Impatient wasn't about to wait any longer for his owner.
