JCPenney is planning to hire 500 Michigan workers to prepare for the back to school rush!

The retail giant is searching for customer service and support positions that include cashiers, Sephora beauty consultants, and replenishment staff. Workers will receive not only competitive pay, but also great perks including up to 25% discounts, opportunities for advancement in the company, and flexible scheduling.

Not only is JCPenney looking for more help with the back to school rush, but also experienced hair stylists for their salons. With the new commission based salons, stylists will be able to set their own hours and pricing.
