She literally had a tour titled sleazy and people ate it up like the word was not a bad thing for there 13 year old daughters to want to become. Actually as you listen to the song she doesn't directly seem like a slut but she still is talking about getting with someone that has some one. Man girl can you just have a song about dancing or driving a car without it involving something that can possibly end up with you having a S.T.D.
