Man Caught On Camera Leaving Kids In Car Unattended [Video]

A "Video Vigilante" caught a man who left his two toddlers in a car unattended for quite a long time. The man walked up on the kids crying in the backseat of a car parked in Walmart and started filming.

He filmed for more than a minute before an adult showed up. He told the man he filmed the whole thing and that he reported him to the cops.

The Department of Children and Families has gotten involved in the case. They say it's never okay to leave your kids in a car alone, even for just a few minutes.

There's no word on if the parents were caught or charged.
