Michigan Man Faces 5 Years In Prison For Bottle Return Scam
The 44-year-old Forrest Township man was busted after trying to return thousands of non-refundable bottles.
A Forest Township man faced felony charges and up to 5 years in prison after attempting to return bottles that were non-refundable.
Everidge was pulled over by Livingston County's Tyrone Township for speeding. According to reports the officer found a large number of cans and after questioning Everidge he admitted to the scam.
Everidge is currently free on a $5,000 personal bond.
