Michigan Teen Pleads Guilty to Arson Over Arranged Marriage

The roof, the roof, the roof is on fire! A Michigan teenager has pled guilty to arson over arranged marriage.

In Lansing, an Albania 17 year old girl decided to burn her parents house down while they were home because they forced her into marriage. Instead of being forced into marriage, she reacted out of stress.

The teen told the judged she was "overwhelmed" according to WNEM. She faces a maximum of three years probation for her blazing actions.

The engagement has been called off and her relationship with her parents has improved.
