Miguel Gets Arrested for DUI
Singer and WWE hopeful Miguel was arrested for driving drunk in L.A. early this morning.
California Highway Patrol pulled over Miguel's BMW for speeding and tinted windows next to an L.A. freeway around 2:15 AM.The officer could smell a strong cent of alcohol in the singers car. After performing a field sobriety test, which he failed, Miguel was subjected to a breathalyzer. He then blew a .10 and a .11 which is over the .08 legal limit in California.
Miguel was then arrested for DUI and hauled to a nearby station where he was booked and released a few hours later on $5,000 bail.He is set to appear in court in September.
