Miley Cyrus Performs In Bra And Panties After Wardrobe Malfunction [Video]

Miley Cyrus hit the stage in her bra and panties the other night, only this time she didn't do it on purpose.

Miley's costumes don't cover very much of her body as it is, so nobody really noticed that she was only wearing her under-drawers.  She ran out on stage to perform '23' and everything seemed fairly normal.

After the show she tweeted out exactly what happened moments before the song.

At this point, Miley could come on stage riding a magical dragon that sneezed Skittles and nobody would think it was weird.
